Codding Bros. & Heilborn Codding Bros. & Heilborn was founded in 1862 in North Attleboro and went out of business in May 1918. They were manufacturers of sterling silver novelties. (Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers, Rainwater & Redfield, 1998)

Albert Coles Mark Albert Coles was a New York City Silversmith from the 1830's to the 1870's. His dies were eventually purchased by George W. Shiebler. His work can be found in both coin and sterling. This three-part mark consists of an eagle, Cole's initials "A/C" and a head facing right.
